Area Development

The area development is a strategic effort to build regional competitiveness (hamlets/village) through the arrangement of the area based on the potential and local character. The program is participatory and inclusive, that embraces all citizens who can contribute in the area development. The results of the program are in the form of the area future planning layout and development of a medium-term planning investment.



Kampoong Needs Assessment

Slum Upgrading

The slum upgrading is the real effort to support the good quality of housing and urban resources. This program is conducted by giving the technical assistance in the slums, such as: the house education and a healthy environment, consultation and healthy home design, preparation of productive environment business plan, and healthy house financial access. As a result, the slums are can be integrated with the city system.



Housing & Urban Policy

Housing and urban policy are the initiative strategy to formulate housing and urban policy which are based on the research that answering the local and global issue and challenge. The program is conducted by independently as well as research collaboration with competent parties to formulate the results of the strategic public policy recommendations.
