1. Internship
HRC gives the opportunity to the internship participants (students and public) so that the future graduates may contribute a lot in providing the inputs of urban housing policy. Since the beginning of 2007 until early 2015, HRC has graduated 45 batches with 253 professionals.
2. Joint Center
The research activities are in the public and private as well as observers of housing and urban sustainability. HRC invites to work together in realizing the housing and urban healthy, affordable, and standard house in Indonesia.

3. Community School Village Planning
The Local government especially the village leader has a great responsibility for the village development since it deals with Village Constitution which provides the challenges. The mayor should be able to set up regional development program based on the local needs from the macro level up to city level. This program could be a study to prepare a document of regional planning up to the application of it.
