Kampoong needs assessment is a strategic effort to build regional competitiveness (hamlets/village) through the arrangement of the area based on the potential and local character. The program is participatory and inclusive, that embraces all citizens who can contribute in the area development. The results of the program are in the form of the area future planning layout and development of a medium-term planning investment.
