1. Home Design Consultation

Providing the public services for healthy and standard housing consultation from the design up to the financial plan. Home design consultation is held in HRC office and mobile housing design clinic (MBR) activity. People could contact HRC for this service.

 

 

Activities:

• Mentoring the housing design and free consultation for low-income people. HRC with a team of professional architects is providing the consulting services and construction cost estimates.

• Providing the information in the government regulations, building permits, financial subsidies, technical services from the stakeholders which focus on the healthy housing and urban development.

• Along with the macro financial institutions and banks provide the credit to low-income people.

 

 

 

 

2. Training, Workshop, and Public Lecture

Training, workshop, and public lecture is conducted by HRC and it presents the suitable theme of the needs and trends which are interested in academics, practitioners, and stakeholders in the urban housing.

 

Activites:

• Organizing the training, workshop, and public lecture in the housing and urban field.

 

User services:

•  Central and local governments (province and district/city) which have the initiative to conduct the training activity, workshop, and public lecture in the housing and urban field.

• Private sectors/NGO/institutions which need the training activity, workshop, and public lecture in the housing and urban field.

• People who concern to the area development and urban planning.

 

User services:

• Low-income people, manufacturers of building materials, and micro financial institutions.

 

 

 

3. Best Practice and Field Trip

Exploratory study in the best practice area is a tool to increase the references in forming a learning society. Best practice is not only in Indonesia, but also in the overseas that represent modern area management, such as Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, Netherland, China, and others.
